Please log in to your online account at saracens.com and check your contact information and marketing preferences.
Once logged in click on the "head and shoulders" icon in the top right-hand corner and click on View Account Menu > Account Management > Account Details and scroll to the bottom of the page to check your preferences. If you wish to make any changes, click Edit at the top of the page. You will need to enter your password, then make your changes and click Save.
If you are subscribed to receive emails from Saracens, your email address may have been suppressed in our marketing system. This can happen for several reasons – either it’s been requested at some point, or the email address has soft-bounced multiple times so our marketing system has automatically suppressed it. Soft bounce-backs can happen if the mailbox is full, or if there’s a problem with the receiving server.
To avoid your email address becoming suppressed, it is important that you regularly open the emails we send you.
