Assisting Your Needs – Reasonable Adjustment – Your Companion
Allianz Park recognises the individual needs of visitors of all abilities and, should you require a Companion, we will endeavour to offer the necessary level of reasonable adjustment where appropriate.
Visitors Requiring A Companion Ticket
Visitors with a physical disability or learning difficulty may find it difficult to access the stadium or fully use the services provided independently. Under such circumstances, Allianz Park may offer a Companion ticket on a complimentary basis when necessary, where ‘Proof of Disability’ documentation has been provided.
To be eligible for a complimentary Companion ticket you will need to provide details of one of the following:
- Proof of Entitlement of Middle or Higher rate of Disability Living Allowance – Mobility or Care Component (DLA)
- Proof of entitlement of enhanced rate of Personal Independent Payment Mobility or Care Component (PIP)
- Proof of entitlement of Severe Disablement Allowance
- A copy of registration documents which certify Registered Blind or Registered Partially Sighted
Due to current legislation, some forms of ‘Proof of Disability’ are dated and it may be necessary for you to resubmit new documentation on request.
We are not able to accept Orange/Blue Badges as proof of disability.
A Companion ticket or Companion Season Ticket must not be used to gain entry to Allianz Park without the eligible disabled visitor being present.
This also applies to Blue Badge area parking whereby the Disabled Area Parking Pass must not be used if the Blue Badge holder is not attending the game.

Facilities for Visitors With Temporary Mobility Restrictions
We always do our level best to assist visitors who are temporarily less mobile than usual. For instance, if you’ve had an operation or broken your leg and can’t get around quite as easily as usual, call Supporter Services on 0203 870 3303 so that we can assist you in moving your tickets to a more easily accessible place.
This service is subject to alternative seats being available.
TRANSPORT & ACCESS
Saracens offer a frequent complimentary shuttle bus service every match day from two local London Underground stations – Mill Hill East and Edgware – and the local Thameslink station – Mill Hill – to Pursley Road.
All of the buses used on this service are served by low-floor vehicles with a dedicated space for one wheelchair user and a ramp.
A small team of Pioneers is based at each of the stations to offer a Meet and Greet service to all spectators.
Wheelchair users and visitors with mobility issues should access Allianz Park through either Gate A or Gate B but not Gate C as this route has limited access, due to the uneven surface.
However, if a spectator has a specific mobility issue and requires support, we have an electric buggy to support movements from the gate, into and around the stadium. Please call Supporter Services in advance of the match on 0203 870 3303 to make the required arrangements.
Allianz Park has very limited disabled parking availability in the P2 Car Park. For match by match enquiries please contact Supporter Services on 0203 870 3303.
Blue Badge holders will be asked to provide a copy of their Blue Badge prior to booking and show their badge on arrival. Your valid Blue Badge must be displayed at all times when using the designated area.
A Disabled Area Parking Pass will not be sold without the purchase of either match tickets or a valid Season Ticket.
The Disabled Area Parking Pass must not be used if the Blue Badge holder is not attending the game.
Disabled spectators and those with mobility issues without a disabled parking space can be dropped off outside of Gate A where they can then access the stadium.
Pitch level staging for wheelchair users and companions is available in the South East and South West areas, behind the posts. Please note that this area is uncovered. There is also wheelchair space available in the Platinum area of East Stand although availability is extremely limited.
There are no specific areas of the stadium that facilitate access for ambulant disabled. However, there are several seats that can be accessed more easily by those spectators using crutches, a walking stick or a walking frame. Please call Supporter Services on 0203 870 3303 outlining your requirements prior to purchasing tickets. These seats are subject to availability.
Accessible disabled toilets are available at the following locations:
South Stand – 2 disabled unisex WCs
North Stand – 2 disabled unisex WCs
East Stand – 7 disabled unisex WCs
DISABLED SPECTATOR ASSISTANCE
Allianz Park has a dedicated team of Pioneers responsible for offering support to disabled spectators on match days. Whether it be support with access into and around the stadium, or help with the ordering of refreshments, our Pioneers will ensure that assistance is provided to those that request it.
