Saracens provides the following match day concessions for people with accessible needs and their carers. We reserve the right to request proof of a disability before providing any concession.
Complimentary companion tickets
Supporters with accessible needs requesting a complimentary companion seat must supply one of the following:
- Proof of Disability Living Allowance – Mobility or Care Component (DLA)
- Proof of Personal Independent Payment - Mobility or Care Component (PIP)
- Proof of Severe Disablement Allowance
- Proof of Attendance Allowance
- A copy of registration documents which certify Registered Blind or Registered Partially Sighted
The proof must be in the form of a letter from the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and must be dated, and valid for the current period.
We will also accept valid Nimbus Disability / Credability Access Cards with the +1 symbol
People with disabilities are charged the current Over 65 rate irrespective of their age. Their companion, where applicable, is provided with free admission subject to the following conditions:
- There can only be one carer per disabled person. Other supporters are welcome to attend at normal match day rates.
- Carers must be over 16 and must be an able-bodied person capable of providing assistance to the disabled person in the event of an emergency situation or ground evacuation.
Please note that we may not automatically issue complimentary companion seats for children under 16, as children are always required to be under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.
Some of these proofs are dated and it may be necessary for you to resubmit new documentation on request.
Disabled Concession tickets
We offer a discounted concession ticket to supporters who fulfil the eligibility criteria detailed above. These may be supporters who have no special seating requirements but do receive one of the benefits listed above.
Non-discounted tickets
Supporters requesting accessible seating but who are paying full price (i.e. are not seeking a concession or companion ticket) do not need to supply proof of disability.
Specific Seating Requirements
We will do our best to help anyone who has a special request, e.g. has mobility issues, requires step-free access, is autistic and have certain needs etc. Please contact supporterservices@saracens.net or call us on 0203 870 3303 to discuss your requirements.
