If you are renewing your membership by direct debit and your bank details have not changed, you do not need to take any action. Your membership will be automatically renewed and your first Direct Debit payment taken on 30th April 2025.
If you paid by direct debit for the 2024-25 season and have changed your bank account details, pay for your membership in full, apply any ticket resale credit to your booking or opt-out of the direct debit scheme, you have until 10:00 on Monday 14th April 2025 to log in to your online account and make the change.
To opt-out of the direct debit scheme or update your details:
- Log in to your account at https://www.eticketing.co.uk/saracens/
- Click on the "head and shoulders" icon and select View Account Menu --> Ticketing --> Season Subscriptions
- Scroll down to the 2025-26 Season where you can update your bank account details, or Unsubscribe. Note that this will not cancel your season offer - you will still be able to add your renewal to your basket and apply any resale account credit before setting up a new direct debit or paying by credit card.
