Complimentary companion tickets
Disabled customers requesting a complimentary companion seat need to supply one of the following:
- Proof of Entitlement of Disability Living Allowance – Mobility or Care Component (DLA)
- Proof of entitlement of Personal Independent Payment Mobility or Care Component (PIP)
- Proof of entitlement of Severe Disablement Allowance
- A copy of registration documents which certify Registered Blind or Registered Partially Sighted
The proof will be in the form of a letter from the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) and must be dated, and valid for the current period.
Disabled Concession tickets
We offer a discounted concession ticket to customers who fulfil the eligibility criteria detailed above. These may be customers who have no special seating requirements but do receive one of the benefits listed above.
Non-discounted tickets
Customers requesting accessible seating but who are paying full price (i.e. they are not asking for concessions or companion tickets) do not need to supply proof of disability.
We will try to help anyone who has a special request, for example they have temporary mobility issues and cannot climb stairs, are autistic and have certain needs etc.
Full details of disability access can be found on the website at https://www.saracens.com/match-day/disability-access/
