If you are unable to attend a game which is sold out you can offer your seasonal membership seat for sale to other supporters. If the ticket is sold you will receive credit on your account which can be used towards your seasonal membership renewal or to purchase additional match tickets.
To offer your seat for sale on Ticket Exchange:
1. Log into your account via the ticketing website at eticketing.co.uk/saracens/Authentication/Login
2. Click on the head and shoulders icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
3. Click on the MANAGE TICKETS button
4. Fixtures which are available for Ticket Exchange will be listed here. Select the fixture for which you wish to resell your ticket(s)
5. Select the seat(s) you wish to post for sale and click the SELL ON TICKET EXCHANGE button at the bottom of the screen
6. Check the details are correct and click REVIEW ORDER to proceed
7. Review carefully your order, tick the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and click COMPLETE PURCHASE. Your seat has now been posted online ready for another supporter to purchase. If your seat is sold you will receive credit equivalent to 80% of the Early Bird value of the seat at its original price class at that game. This can be used towards your seasonal membership renewal or to purchase additional match tickets. Please allow 7 days after the fixture for this to be applied to your account.
8. If you wish to withdraw your seat from resale, follow steps 1 – 4 above, then click on POSTED ON TICKET EXCHANGE. Select the seat you wish to withdraw and click WITHDRAW FROM SALE. This ticket will then appear back in the My Tickets section of your account and you can use your seasonal membership card or digital season ticket as usual.
If your ticket is sold you will receive an email confirming the sale. You will then be unable to withdraw your seat or use your Seasonal Membership ticket to access the game. If you wish to attend the fixture, you will need to purchase a new ticket.
Please note:
- Ticket Exchange listings expire two hours before kick off. At this time, any unsold tickets will revert to the original ticket owner for them to use or forward to a friend.
- Ticket Exchange is not available for complimentary, disabled or parking tickets
- There are no cash refunds for tickets sold via Ticket Exchange.
