'My Network' is a feature of your online account which allows you to manage the accounts of friends or family members.
Once a supporter has been added to your account you will be able to purchase tickets on their behalf, subject to availability. You will also be able to submit joint applications for tickets where applicable.
If a supporter gives you full management rights over their account you will also be able to purchase things which have been reserved in their name, eg. reserved knock-out fixture tickets.
To add people to your network
To add people to your network, you will need to have their Membership Number and surname.
- Log into your e-ticketing account
- Once logged in, click on the round "head and shoulders" icon in the top right corner of the page
- Click on View Account Menu --> Account Management --> Network
- Select Add Members, then enter the membership number and surname of the supporter you'd like to add (you must use the exact spelling used in their account - in some cases, supporters may accidentally add a space at the end of their name, which may prevent you from searching them on the network).
- Once their account has been located, click Add Member.
Can I add someone to my network if they don't have a membership number?
No, you can only add someone to your network if they have a valid membership number. If they do not have one, they can quickly create one by registering here.
They should subsequently receive a confirmation email containing their membership number. Their membership number will also be visible when they log in.
How can I manage ticket privileges?
Once you have added someone to your network, you will automatically have the ability to 'assign' tickets to one another, when purchasing or forwarding tickets. This means that, when tickets are on sale, you will be able to purchase tickets on their behalf so long as they are eligible to buy tickets for that particular game. They will also be able to do this for you.
If you would like to be able to purchase something which has been reserved under their account, e.g. for a knock-out game, you will need to request the right to 'manage' their account. To do so, follow these steps
- Log into your e-ticketing account
- Once logged in, click on the round "head and shoulders" icon in the top right corner of the page
- Click on View Account Menu --> Account Management --> Network
- Select the supporter whose account privileges you would like to amend
- Once selected, you will be able to check whether you have assigning rights or management rights
- To request management rights click Edit and select the option to manage tickets, then click Send Request.
Once your request has been sent the supporter will receive an email notification asking them to confirm that they consent to you managing their account. Once they have approved this request, you will have management rights over their account. (If they do not approve the request, you will only be able to assign tickets to them.)
Once you have selected the member you can manage the privileges for that member. In order for the member to transact on your behalf, the member will need to be able to "Manage tickets for me".
How can I remove someone from my network?
If you would like to remove someone from your network, you will simply need to follow these steps:
- Log into your e-ticketing account
- Once logged in, click on the round "head and shoulders" icon in the top right corner of the page
- Click on View Account Menu --> Account Management --> Network
- Click on the supporter you would like to remove, then click Remove Member.
- You will then be asked to confirm whether you would also like to block the member.
How do I purchase tickets for someone in my network?
During the booking process you will be able to select the number of seats you require, subject to availability.
To reassign a ticket, add your desired number of tickets to your basket and proceed to checkout. Before the payment page, you will be shown an overview of the tickets you have selected and given the option to reassign them to other supporters. You may then choose which member(s) of your network you would like to assign the seats to.
For The Showdown, seasonal members complimentary tickets are limited to one per membership. To book the complimentary tickets for members of your network you will need to reassigning the additional seats to those supporters. You will need to ensure that they have not already claimed their complimentary ticket themselves.
