If you are unable to attend a game you can forward your seasonal membership seat to a friend or family member.
To forward your ticket:
1. Log into your account via the ticketing website at eticketing.co.uk/saracens/Authentication/Login
2. Click on the head and shoulders icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
3. Click on the MANAGE TICKETS button
4. Fixtures which are available for forwarding will be listed here. Select the fixture for which you wish to forward your ticket(s)
5. Select the seat(s) you wish to post for sale and click the FORWARD TO FRIEND button at the bottom of the screen
6. If the intended recipient is already a member of your network, select their name and you will be directed to the confirmation page. Check the details are correct and click REVIEW ORDER to proceed, or cancel if applicable.
7. Review carefully your order, tick the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and click COMPLETE PURCHASE. The recipient will receive an email advising them that a ticket has been forwarded to them. They will need to accept the ticket within the deadline. Once accepted, they will be sent a PRINT AT HOME ticket which will need to be printed or downloaded to their mobile device prior to arrival at the Stadium.
8. If the recipient DOES NOT appear within your network, select SEARCH OUTSIDE OF YOUR NETWORK using the friend's membership number and surname. If they do not have a Membership Number, ask them to register for a new account at eticketing.co.uk/saracens/Authentication/Registration and supply you with their membership number, then return to step 6.
9. If you wish to withdraw your seat from being forwarded follow steps 1 – 4 above, then click on FORWARD PENDING. Select the seat you wish to withdraw and click WITHDRAW TICKETS. This ticket will then appear back in your My Tickets section of your account and you can use your seasonal membership card or digital season ticket as usual.
Once your ticket has been accepted by the recipient you will then be unable to withdraw your seat or use your Seasonal Membership ticket to access the game. If you wish to attend the fixture, you will need to purchase a new ticket.
Please note:
- Ticket Forwarding expires at the game kick off time. At this time, any forwarded tickets which have not been accepted will revert to the original ticket owner for them to use or forward to another friend.
- Ticket Forwarding is not available for complimentary, disabled or parking tickets
