The Saracens Ticketing app is our ticket delivery method. Tickets are delivered direct to your mobile phone, with the barcodes being activated 48 hours before the game. No more having to search your emails to find your tickets!
Downloading the Saracens Ticketing App
To download the app please visit App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android

When purchasing tickets via Saracens.com you will receive an SMS message with a link to download the app. Once you had downloaded and registered with the app and verified your email address, your ticket(s) will appear in the app, this will appear within 10 days before the match.
Note, the email address is for app verification and emails regarding your ticket delivery only, it is NOT for the actual delivery of the ticket. Tickets are only sent to the mobile number on your account, so please ensure the mobile phone number you register in the app matches the number in your online ticketing account.
Your ticket(s) will be displayed on the Tickets tab within the app and each ticket will display a unique QR code, providing fast and secure access into the event. Please activate your tickets in advance of the game simply by opening them. The QR code will then appear on your ticket 48 hours before gates open.
Transferring your Tickets
We encourage supporters to transfer their ticket(s) to all of their guests well in advance of the event day as a data connection is required to complete a ticket transfer.
To transfer a ticket, tap Transfer and enter your guest's mobile number or select them from your contacts. They will receive an app notification that they have received their ticket and it is available to view in the Tickets section of the app, or an SMS advising them to download the app.
Parking Tickets
Parking tickets will continue to be delivered by email and must be printed on A4 paper and displayed in your windscreen on approach to the car park entrance.
