Please allow 24 hours for the tickets to appear in your app before contacting us, unless the match is the next day.
If the mobile number on your ticketing account is incorrect, or does not match the one you have registered on the Saracens Ticketing app, your tickets will not arrive. Please log in to your Saracens account and check that you have entered your details correctly on the Update Details page. If the number was incorrect, we will need to resend your tickets to the correct number. Please Submit a Request asking us to do so. Your tickets will then arrive in your app within 48 hours.
If you continue to have an issue on match day, please come to the Ticket Office at Gate B from 2.5 hours before kick off and we will be able to assist.
