If someone cannot see a ticket which has been transferred to them, please ask them to follow these steps:
- Ensure that you have an active data connection - either Wi-Fi or mobile data
- Close the app down completely, so it is not running in the background (do not delete the app)
- Check you have the latest version of the app (see below)
- Reopen the app so you see the logo etc. loading. The ticket should now be visible.

To check that you have the latest version of the app:
Android Users
Go to the Google Play Store and tap the icon in the top right-hand side to access your profile/settings. From here you will see the option to 'manage apps and devices' followed by 'check for updates'. This will enable you to update the Saracens Ticketing app. Once complete, close the app completely and re-open it; you should now be able to access your tickets.
iOs/iPhone Users
Go to the App store and tap the icon in the top right-hand corner (usually your photo or initials) to access your account. Scroll down to view all your apps which have available updates, select the Saracens Ticketing app and tap the Update icon. Once complete, close the app completely and re-open it; you should now be able to access your tickets.
