Transferring a ticket
- In the Saracens Ticketing app, tap on Tickets and then tap Transfer
- Select the game you wish to transfer and tap Next
- Select the ticket(s) you wish to transfer and tap Next
- Enter the mobile number of the person you wish to transfer the ticket(s) to - you can allow the app access to your contacts, if this is easier for you. Tap Continue.
- On the next page, check that all the details are correct and once you are happy, tick the box and select Next. You will see a message confirming that your ticket(s) has been transferred.
If the recipient of the ticket already has the Saracens Ticketing app they will receive a notification advising them that a new ticket has arrived in their app.
If they do not already have the app they will receive a text message stating "I would like you to use the Saracens RFC app. You can download this by following the link https://get.tixserve.com/SFC". To avoid confusion, please let the recipient know that they will receive this message, as if they are not expecting it they may mistake it for a scam text. They must register the same mobile number to which the ticket has been sent.
You do not need to wait for the QR code to appear before you transfer a ticket.
We recommend that you transfer any tickets well in advance of the game and before arriving at the stadium, as the app system may become very busy closer to the match and mobile signal around the stadium may be poor on a match day.
Please ask the recipient to check they can see ticket in their app as soon as possible after you have sent it. This way, any issues can be dealt with well in advance of the event by using the "Submit Request" button on this page.
Receiving a transferred ticket
If you already have the Saracens Ticketing app you will receive a notification that a new ticket has arrived. Open the app and tap on Tickets then the game to activate the ticket. If the game is more than 48 hours away, the barcode will not yet be visible. The barcode will become visible 48 hours before the game.
If you do not already have the Saracens Ticketing you will receive a text message stating "I would like you to use the Saracens RFC app. You can download this by following the link https://get.tixserve.com/SFC". Download the app and register using the same mobile number where you received the message. Once registered, the ticket will appear on your Tickets tab. Open the ticket to activate it.
Data connection
A data connection is required for a ticket transfer to take place. However, once a mobile ticket has been received and activated within the Saracens Ticketing app, a data connection is not necessary as the ticket will work offline.
Troubleshooting a ticket transfer
If you cannot see a ticket which has been transferred to you, please follow these steps:
- Ensure that you have an active data connection - either Wi-Fi or mobile data
- Close the app down completely, so it is not running in the background (do not delete the app)
- Check that you have the latest version of the app (see below)
- Reopen the app so that you see the logo etc. loading. The ticket should now be visible.
If you still cannot see the ticket, please contact Supporter Services on 0203 870 3303 or at supporterservices@saracens.net
