Large contact list
If you have a large number of contacts in your mobile phone contact list, the app may time out before it is able to download your contacts, resulting in this error message. We are working to resolve this issue, in the meantime you can transfer your tickets by removing access to your contacts and entering the phone number in manually.
iPhones
To turn off access to your contacts go to phone settings/privacy/contacts
From here you have an option to turn off access to your contacts for the Saracens Ticketing app. Once you have done so, return to the app and you can transfer the tickets by entering the mobile number of your guest.
Android phones
To turn off access to your contacts go to phone settings/privacy/permissions manager/contacts
From here you have an option to deny access to your contacts for the Saracens Ticketing app. Once you have done so, return to the app and you can transfer the tickets by entering the mobile number of your guest.
