My friend is not appearing on my phone in "contacts with App" - what should I do?

If your friend has downloaded the Saracens Ticketing app but they do not appear in the section Contacts with App, ensure that you have the country code in front of their number in your smart phone contacts. e.g +44 for a UK mobile.
